It is included in the rental price:
- Delivery and return of the car at the airport (we will be waiting for you at your arrival with a red sign of Arenal Rent a Car and there we will make a contract in a minute and take the vehicle).
- We also deliver the vehicle to your hotel.
- Taxes, unlimited mileage, up to three additional drivers.
- Collision damage insurance WITHOUT FRANCHISE in vehicles of groups A,B,C,D,E1,E2,F,G,H.
- Vehicles WITH FRANCHISE in special categories. Groups R and S.
- Insurance for theft of the car if the customer has the contact key.
- Cancellation of reservation with a minimum period of 72 hours.
- We do not have extra cost for fuel, you should simply leave the same amount of fuel with which we deliver the car.
- We accept payment via transfer, cash, credit or debit card.
- It is not obligatory to have a credit card to rent a car with us.
- There is no minimum age to rent a vehicle (except in groups R and S) or supplement for young driver.
It is not included in the rental price:
- Damage to the car caused by negligence, reckless driving or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Return less fuel.
- Damage or breakage of upholstery and interiors. Burns produced by cigarettes.
- Losses of keys, cat, triangles, reflective vests, lifters, baby seats.
- Damage to the engine due to negligence, blows in the crankcase under the engine.
- Refueling incorrectly.
- Theft of the vehicle with a key in the contact.
